TOS - Terms Of Service
EMT, Cash, PayPal. USA customers must be (Friends and family only) or pay the extra fee.
By purchasing a gecko/s from Gecko Coven, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
Payment plan Over 200CAD A gecko can be put on hold for 35% of the purchase price, and is non-refundable or transferable should you decide not get the said animal. The remaining 65% must be paid in full within 60 days of when the deposit was place. Must make weekly or Bi weekly payments (Doesn't matter how much you put down weekly or Bi weekly).
Please note: If wanting a refund or decided not to get said gecko(s), The 35% is NOT refundable. You will recieve refund ONCE the gecko(s) has been sold. I am also able to raise value if the hold was more longer and gecko has progressed or Store Credits. This includes changing your mind on said geckos, or backing out and any other excuses! sales are final. I will not give refund other wise!
I have the right to refuse any sales!
Keep in mind geckos progress, can change tones and appearance due to long holds from time of sale pictures.
A gecko will not be put on hold until deposit has been received.
If you do not answer Gecko Coven regarding shipment or payments Within 30 or 60 day payment plans. We will Consider the geckos abandoned and keep all Funds/Geckos.
Shipping is an extra cost at the buyers expense (Shipping costs can vary) We ship through Reptile Runner or Reptile Express.
Shipping is Wednesday as that is best for us. The gecko will arrive next business day. Send us postal code to get a quote!
We do not ship if weather at either end is not acceptable. We will wait until the conditions are good at both ends to ensure the health of the geckos being shipped. Local delivery or pick up is welcome as well.

Geckos who are going to third party or over seas will not be covered for the 7 day health/ Gecko Coven will not be responsible for DOA if something were to happen during shipping or in third party's care.

We are not responsible for tail loss during shipping as well as tail loss while a gecko is on hold with deposit or paid in full while waiting for shipping weather to be appropriate (waiting for the long winter to be over). Tail Loss is out of our control and happens to the best of us. Tail loss does not decrease the value of a gecko so do not ask for a refund or partial refund.
Females sold as paired are not Guaranteed to lay eggs! I will do my best for lock before shipping but due to females being stressed with shipping could take a while for egg laying! Please do research, I only guarantee if the females are already laying before hand other wise its a chance you take.
All reptiles sold at Gecko Coven have a 7 day health guarantee. You are responsible for messaging us to let me know that your animal arrived safely and in good condition, pictures are preferred as well. If you fail to contact us within 1 hour of arrival time, all health guarantees are null and void. If your animal becomes sick or dies within a week, I will offer a Replacement gecko or Credit for purchase of another animal at Gecko Coven No Refunds!. Proof of illness and/or death is required. Health guarantees do not cover any injury sustained after arrival....ie : injury from other pets, tail loss, burns, etc. Please try to keep cats away from gecko enclosures, as they are responsible for many gecko deaths. We are not responsible for any delays or other issues caused by the carrier. please message me ASAP if you think something is wrong, and contact vet as well. I will only do credit/ or replace if proof of death and illness within a week. I will not refund unless it is 100% not your fault or shipment. Must have proof by vet.
Geckos sold as Male or Female are guaranteed to be those sexes. Geckos sold as Probable Male or Female are not guaranteed. They are based on my best guess at pore visibility and scale shape also weight.

Local pick up only
Due to hot temperatures I am not responsible for any possible deaths during transportation from a pick up. Please use caution if you choose to pick up on a hot day when having the AC on in your car and not leaving the gecko in the car if you need to run errands etc.. My geckos are healthy and well established as you see at the time of pick up.. any mistakes made by you during the transportation is not my responsibility to refund or replace. I hatch and raise these geckos and care for them so it actually pains me to hear of any loss during transportation.. putting the AC on high can result in fast stress from drastic temperature change and cause possible seizures leading to death...
SHIPMENTS
I prefer not to ship any gecko during heat waves. DOAs will not be refunded but I will offer a replacement of equal value or credit towards your next purchase if a replacement is not available. (This has never happened in my experience thus far)
If there is any delay in shipments please know this is out of my control but they are packed carefully and prepared incase of this happening which is a rare occurrence and again there has never been any DOAs thus far.
